Our team will reply within 24 hours to inform you if we have availability for your requested date, time and services.

If we do have availability, we will reply to your request with a link to add your credit card and confirm your booking.

We require a credit card to confirm all bookings at the spa.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need to adjust your booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 72 hours notice. If you cancel late, we charge full price for all bookings.

During Peak Season, May through September, we require 7 days to cancel or reschedule an appointment on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. We have waived our 72-hour cancellation policy if you are feeling ill, however, we do charge a 20% booking fee that can be applied to your rescheduling. We ask that you please re-book when you are feeling better.
