Spa Host & Reception

The Spa Host & Receptionist provides exceptional overall experience to clients with booking, greeting and hosting guests. This role also includes opening and closing the spa, taking payments, product knowledge, retail sales, cleaning and laundry between bookings, ensuring the spa runs on schedule, and maintaining spa retail and operational stock. The Spa Host & Receptionist will also assist with other tasks from time to time. The role requires consistency, the ability to uphold Solace’s standards, and drive to support a healthy wellness environment.

Bodywork, Massage & Spa Therapist

We are always looking for dedicated qualified professionals to join our spa team working in our busy boutique spa environment offering holistic spa and wellness treatments. All you have to do is bring your professionalism, engaging personality, healing hands and team work. We support our therapists in evolving their careers and have trainers come to the spa, as needed, to help enhance their skills and direction with the spa’s clientele in a strive for excellence.
