The Spa Host & Receptionist provides exceptional overall experience to clients with booking, greeting and hosting guests. This role also includes opening and closing the spa, taking payments, product knowledge, retail sales, cleaning and laundry between bookings, ensuring the spa runs on schedule, and maintaining spa retail and operational stock. The Spa Host & Receptionist will also assist with other tasks from time to time.
